Welcome!! Hi Everyone,we are Chrissy and Bob! All walkers and runners (And all paces) are welcome here! We have a beautiful park with many distances to explore! We will start with a 5k out and back! Our goal is to establish a community and fellowship focused on exercise, self-care, and ending the stigma that surrounds mental health. This is meant to be fun and relaxing - along with occasionally adding in a coffee or ice cream after some of the runs to get to know each other! Let's get moving together. Forward is a pace!
